Saab 9-7 (2005–2009) with 4-speed GM 4L60E automatic — gears may “stick”: the car shifts only into 1st or 2nd and won’t go higher. Symptoms: engine revs rise but speed barely increases, with harsh jolts and jerks during acceleration.
Saab 9-3/9-5 (2001–2012) with 5-speed Aisin AW55-50SN automatic — “flare” when shifting 2→3 (especially when cold). The car jerks under moderate acceleration, Check Engine may flash, and smooth shifting is disrupted.
Saab 9-3 (2006–2012) with 6-speed TR-60SN (VW/VAG) automatic — strong bangs and jolts during shifting, especially when braking. Over mileage, the valve body fails: shifts become rough and cause body vibration.

Thank you guys so much. On Saturday, 2 hours before leaving for vacation, I discovered that my front right wheel was leaking. I didn't have a glue set. We were really pressed for time.
